Do I need a medical card to shop here?

No medical card is required. Grass Station is a licensed adult-use dispensary: all you need is a valid, government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older.

To confirm: Which forms of ID are accepted. Joint Venture accepts driver’s licenses, passports and state IDs, including out-of-state and international IDs.

What are your hours?

We’re open Sun–Wed, 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight); Thu–Sat, 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM.

To confirm: Where holiday or weather changes to hours are announced. Joint Venture posts them on Instagram; no Grass Station social account has been confirmed.

Where are you, and how do I get there?

We’re at 8415 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11214, in Bensonhurst. By subway, take the D train to 18 Av. Look for the green mosaic sign.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery is free and arrives within one hour, guaranteed, on orders of $50 or more.

We deliver to Bensonhurst, Bath Beach, Dyker Heights, Fort Hamilton, Bay Ridge, Midwood, Borough Park and Gravesend, in ZIP codes 11204, 11209, 11214, 11219, 11220, 11223, 11224, 11228, 11230.

Cash is accepted on delivery.

To confirm: What the guarantee gives a customer if an order takes longer than one hour.

To confirm: Delivery hours, and how customers are kept updated. Joint Venture sends a text 30–60 minutes before departure and tracks drivers through OnFleet.

Counsel: Delivery ID rules as they apply to Grass Station. Joint Venture states that ID must match the name on the order, the recipient must be 21 or older, and orders cannot be left unattended, in mailboxes or on doorsteps under NYS regulations.

How do I place an order for pickup or delivery?

  • Open the menu and add the products you want to your cart.
  • Choose pickup or delivery, then proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your details and choose a time.

The menu, cart and checkout on this site are provided by Dutchie.

To confirm: Pickup details. Joint Venture uses 1-hour pickup windows with no minimum, texts when the order is ready, packs orders 15 minutes before the window, holds them for 24 hours, and does not charge for orders that are not collected.

To confirm: Whether Grass Station recommends researching products before ordering because returns only cover defective items (Joint Venture’s wording).

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank.

Delivery orders can be paid in cash.

Online orders are placed through Dutchie, which powers the menu and checkout on this site.

To confirm: In-store payment methods and fees. Joint Venture accepts cash and debit, charges a $3.50 debit card fee, and has an on-site ATM with a $2.50 fee; fees are shown on a texted digital receipt.

To confirm: Where pay by bank applies (online checkout, at the counter, at the door), and whether any other online payment is enabled on Grass Station’s Dutchie store.

Are there any deals right now?

Yes. We’re offering 20% off the entire store.

To confirm: How the 20% is applied: automatically on the online menu, with a code, or at the counter.

What is your return policy?

Because cannabis retail is tightly regulated, returns are limited. Please ask at the counter or call us before returning anything.

To confirm: The whole return policy. Joint Venture offers a 48-hour window from purchase for defective items only (for example, a vape that does not work out of the package, not user error), with the original receipt and sometimes the original packaging.

What do you carry?

Seven categories: Flower, Pre-Rolls, Vapes, Concentrates, Edibles, Tinctures, Topicals.

A huge variety of brands, with more being added. The live menu always has the current list.

Is a specific product in stock?

The menu on this site comes straight from our Dutchie store, so check it first. If you can’t find something, call us on (347) 254-6584 and we’ll check for you.

To confirm: How often the menu syncs with in-store inventory. Joint Venture says its menu is updated daily, hides items with fewer than five units left, and receives new shipments every day.
