Terms of service
These terms cover how you use this website and how ordering, payment, pickup, delivery and returns work. Please read them before placing an order.
Who we are
This website is operated by Grass Station, a cannabis retail dispensary licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management under license OCM-CAURD-26-000357, located at 8415 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11214. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Grass Station; “you” means the person using this website.
To confirm: The licensee’s legal entity name. Joint Venture’s terms name its operating company (“Enterprise HQ Corp, trading as The Joint Venture”); Grass Station’s has not been supplied.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
You must be 21 or older
This website is intended only for adults aged 21 or older. By entering the site and confirming your age, you represent that you are at least 21. We will refuse any sale where valid, government-issued photo identification cannot be produced, appears altered, or does not match the person buying.
You may not purchase cannabis products on behalf of anyone under 21, and you may not resell any product purchased from us.
To confirm: Where ID is checked. Joint Venture checks ID in store, at pickup and at delivery, and requires it to match the name on the order.
Ordering, pricing and availability
Our menu, cart and checkout are provided by Dutchie, a third-party e-commerce platform. When you place an order you are also subject to Dutchie’s own terms and privacy policy. The menu reflects available stock, which changes throughout the day.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable New York State and local cannabis taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced or out of stock, where age or identity cannot be verified, or where filling it would exceed legal purchase limits.
Counsel: How statutory purchase limits should be described here.
Payment
Online orders are placed through Dutchie. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by Dutchie or its payment partners, and we do not receive or store your full payment credentials.
To confirm: In-store payment methods and fees. Joint Venture accepts cash and debit, charges $3.50 per debit transaction and $2.50 at its on-site ATM, and itemizes fees on a texted receipt.
To confirm: Pay by bank is offered (owner, 2026-10-07). Where it applies (online checkout, at the counter, at the door), and whether any other online payment is enabled for Grass Station.
Pickup and delivery
Delivery is free and arrives within one hour, guaranteed, on orders of $50 or more, to Bensonhurst, Bath Beach, Dyker Heights, Fort Hamilton, Bay Ridge, Midwood, Borough Park and Gravesend (ZIP codes 11204, 11209, 11214, 11219, 11220, 11223, 11224, 11228, 11230). Cash is accepted on delivery. Pickup orders are collected at the store.
Counsel: What the guarantee commits the store to if a delivery takes longer than one hour (a refund, a credit, or nothing). It has not been stated, and in these terms a guarantee is a promise.
To confirm: Pickup rules. Joint Venture: no minimum, one-hour windows, packed fifteen minutes before the window, held for 24 hours, no charge if not collected.
To confirm: Delivery hours and tracking provider. Joint Venture: live tracking through OnFleet.
Counsel: Delivery ID and hand-off rules, and what happens to payment on a failed delivery. Joint Venture states ID must match the order and the recipient be 21+, and that orders cannot be left unattended, in mailboxes or on doorsteps under NYS regulations.
Returns
Because of the regulations governing cannabis retail, returns and exchanges are limited.
To confirm: The return policy. Joint Venture accepts returns of defective items only, within 48 hours of purchase, with the original receipt and sometimes the original packaging; it excludes user error, change of mind and incorrect selections.
Health, safety and no medical claims
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing on it should be read as a claim that any cannabis product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. Cannabis products sold here contain THC. They have not been analyzed or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using cannabis, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take other medication, or have a medical condition.
Please read the full health and safety warning on our Compliance page, which forms part of these terms.
Your use of this site
You agree not to:
- Use the site if you are under 21, or misrepresent your age.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to place an order for resale.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or any connected service.
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute site content without our written permission.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated means.
Intellectual property
The Grass Station name, logo, site design and written content are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Product names, packaging and brand logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we carry.
To confirm: Rights to the imagery. Some photography on the site is currently provisional and not Grass Station’s own; this clause should cover only images the store owns or licenses once they are replaced.
Third-party services and links
This site relies on and links to services operated by others, including Dutchie (menu, cart and checkout) and Google (maps). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or the way they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
To confirm: Any other providers — delivery dispatch or tracking, payments, job applications, social media — so this list is complete.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live menu features depend on Dutchie and may be unavailable during an outage; the store remains open during its posted hours regardless, and you are welcome to call us on (347) 254-6584.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Counsel: Deliberately conservative. Confirm the scope, and whether a liability cap should be stated.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of Kings County, New York have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Counsel: The venue (Kings County replaces Joint Venture’s Suffolk County). No arbitration clause or class-action waiver is included; that is a business decision, not an oversight.
